The Company's business systems, policies and practices reflect the laws, regulations, instructions and related regulations of the shareholders' rights and procedures in a manner that ensures the interests of the shareholders and the Company, in particular:


Protecting the fundamental rights of shareholders with respect to registration, transfer and transfer of ownership, participation and voting in shareholders' meetings, sharing of profits and obtaining regular information about the company. Emphasis on shareholders' rights to participate in and participate in decisions concerning amendments to the Company's Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, including amendments to the capital by offering new shares to shareholders, offering shares under the share option system or through repurchase of shares, As well as decisions regarding any irregular transactions that have an impact on the Company's business or operations such as the merger or sale of a tangible part of its assets or the abandonment of its subsidiaries.


Encourage the active participation of the shareholders in the meetings of the General Assembly and inform them of the voting procedures and rules, including informing them of the date of the meeting of the General Assembly and the agenda before the meeting is sufficient period of time, and publishing the venue and time of the meeting publicly in accordance with the laws and instructions issued in this regard.


Emphasis on the importance of disclosure of the capital structure or any arrangements may result in the company taking control of some shareholders.


Ensure that all shareholders are treated equally, including smallholders, and that they have the opportunity to question the Council and to remedy any abuses of their rights.
